how did you install the modpack?: ArdaCraft Launcher

when does the problem happen?: during launch
problem:
used the same launcher i used when i was still involved in the project and it needed to update to 1.12.2. but when it updates it puts all the files away as failed. And at the end gives me a pop-up of not being able to update. this never happend in previous updates and i dont really know what is wrong whit my settings or what else it could be
