Is Esgaroth (Laketown) gonna be build?? I used the search function of the forum and couldnt find anything regarding its development. According to http://lotr.wikia.com/wiki/Lake-town

Yes Laketown will be build. They rebuilt it somewhere further north on the lake afaik.
