Revamp the current farmland. Add sheep pastures with shepherds huts/homesteads north, east and south. Build quarry in the south.

Accepting the hell out of this. Just make sure to make the actual homesteads slightly larger to conform more to the large houses in Bree-land generally.

I’ll be texturing the new meadow plants over the next few days, should be able to get them in the next mod update . Can’t wait to see buttercup in the fields outside bree.

Maybe the Hamlet needs a bit of updating to match Ben’s style? might help to slightly alter its layout as well, to allow a wider road to pass through it.
