Before Posting:

Java 8 is required to run our modpack. Not having it will cause you to crash on launch.
Mac OS, Windows, and Linux users can download the Java 8 installer for their system from here.

what operating system are you using?: windows
how did you install the modpack?:ArdaCraft Launcher
have you installed Java 8?: _yes
when does the problem happen?: _during launch

problem:
When I sign in under my microsoft acount it it says “waiting on microsoft” then it says “cannot read property 'access_token” of undefined. What does this mean and how to I fix it?

There’s 2 possible reasons that I can think of, either you have a cracked account, or, the more plausible option, you have the bedrock edition, rather than the Java edition. If you’re sure these possible reasons do not apply to you I would suggest taking the issue to #support in our discord, while tagging Freshmilkymilk, our Technical Admin.
